About Puzzle Fest

Organizers and JudgesSilicon Valley Puzzle Fest (originally just Silicon Valley Puzzle Day) was started in 2006 by volunteers from the Friends of the Morgan Hill Library to raise awareness for the Beyond Books Campaign, which was raising money for art and furnishings for Morgan Hill's new library. Puzzle Fest has grown into a popular annual event drawing people not only from Morgan Hill but from the surrounding community and even from other areas of the country. Puzzle Fest is now the signature event and main annual fundraiser of the Morgan Hill Library Foundation, an affiliate member of the Morgan Hill Community Foundation, which raises funds to support the long-term needs of the Morgan Hill Library.

The Puzzle Fest organizing committee is co-chaired by Emily Shem-Tov and Lisa Pampuch, who co-founded the event. They are joined by a fantastic group of local volunteers who have worked tirelessly to share this event with the community, as well as many prominent puzzle constructors and experts. If you're interested in joining us as a volunteer or as a participant, contact us at info@svpuzzle.org.
